    Accossato radial brake system kit, fully designed and developed thanks to our team's experience gained over the years in Supermoto competitions.
    The kit is completely plug and play, no need to modify anything, especially thanks to the new Accossato CNC caliper by VM Racing, which is 10mm narrower than the standard Accossato caliper. Without being subject to milling, it will not touch the spokes on any type of rim/hub/spoking.

    THE KIT CONSISTS OF:
    - Accossato CNC radial brake pump with short lever Supermoto 16x16 
    - Oil reservoir for radial pump with black ergal cap
    - Braided hose in choice of color, complete with fittings and banjo bolts
    - Specific Supermoto CNC radial caliper 100mm or 108mm
    - Axial/radial caliper bracket tailored based on fork leg spacing and caliper-disc flange to properly center the disc with the caliper
    - Accossato brake disc 320mm thickness 5mm
    - Caliper screws
    - Caliper support

      ARE THE RIMS TUV CERTIFIED?

      Die Excel Felgen sind TÜV eintragbar über eine Einzelabnahme bei Ihrem TÜV Prüfer.

      Eine Einzelabnahme bedeutet:
      Der TÜV prüft dein ganz bestimmtes Motorrad (ein einzelnes Fahrzeug) und entscheidet, ob die neuen Teile – in deinem Fall Excel Supermoto Felgen – sicher sind und eingetragen werden dürfen.
      Es gibt kein fertiges Gutachten, also muss der Prüfer selbst beurteilen, ob alles passt.

      Wie läuft die Einzelabnahme ab?

      1. Termin beim TÜV machen

      2. Motorrad fertig umbauen

      Du bringst das Motorrad mit den montierten Felgen hin.
      Die Felgen müssen korrekt montiert sein:

      • Reifen richtig
      • Bremsscheiben dran
      • Alles fest verschraubt
      • Nichts schleift

      3. Unterlagen mitnehmen

      Der Prüfer freut sich, wenn du Folgendes dabei hast:

      • Daten der Felgen bzw. Teilegutachten von Baugleichen Motorrädern (findest du als Download in der Beschreibung der Excel Felgen im Shop)
      • Infos der Reifen
      • Bestellbestätigung

      4. Prüfung vor Ort

      Der TÜV-Prüfer schaut sich das Bike an:

      • Passt alles?
      • Haben die Reifen genug Platz?
      • Schleift nichts?
      • Lenkung frei?
      • Bremsen funktionieren?
      • Motorrad bleibt stabil?

      Eventuell macht er eine kleine Probefahrt.

      5. Der Prüfer schreibt ein Gutachten

      Wenn alles ok ist, bekommst du ein §21-Gutachten (so heißt das offiziell).
      Das ist ein Blatt Papier, wo draufsteht, dass die Felgen sicher sind und eingetragen werden dürfen.

      6. Mit diesem Papier zur Zulassungsstelle

      Dort werden die Felgen offiziell in deinen Fahrzeugschein eingetragen.

      Fertig.

      Was heißt das für dich?

      Ganz kurz:

      ? Du brauchst kein Teilegutachten.
      ? Der TÜV prüft dein spezielles Motorrad persönlich.
      ? Wenn alles passt, bekommst du ein Dokument, das dann offiziell eingetragen wird.
